Overview:

Process auditing is a critical part of maintaining any management system.

It does not matter what standard you have used to create your management system, the use of process auditing is a key element that you need to understand in order to ensure that your management system processes are meeting the requirements of the standard and your unique implementation rules.

Some of the management systems that utilize process auditing include, among others:

  • Quality management system (QMS) created using ISO 9001, AS9100 or ISO 13485
  • Environmental management system (EMS) created using ISO 14001
  • IT security management system created using ISO 27001
  • Business continuity management system using ISO 23001
  • OH&S management system using ISO 45001

This webinar will not cover the topic of managing the audit program, but will rather focus on how to prepare for an individual audit within that overall program. Each individual process auditing involves a couple of necessary steps for initiating and preparing for the audit, which will be covered in this audit.

Why should you Attend: What do I need to review before I do a process audit? How can I understand a process better to be able to audit it? What is an audit checklist and how do I create one for a process audit? These questions have confused many people who have just started to learn the audit process.
